This is Chloe. She sleeps… all the time. We got a Rhodesian Ridgeback because we heard they are so active, but this one’s a dud. :) She loves to silently hunt, stare, and sniff. I think she saves up all of her energy just so she can be extra good at all of that.
We had a little pumpkin carving contest at our place this weekend! Mini-bonfire and all. It was a great chance to get people together to play with their food and celebrate an ol’ American tradition… hacking up large food produce for the simple pleasure of watching it glow with fire. Typical!
On a surprise Bridal Shower, living in Arlington and getting married 10 years after high school. Darn French class.
In other news! I got my new Nikon/Nikkor 24mm prime lense yesterday. Yay! (Rah.) It shoots some pretty fun, and in my humble opinion… Nikon D700, etc.
Her dog aggression is almost taught and socialized out of her, but Chester and I will keep on working on that. She knows what we want and it’s adorable to watch her transform from what she thought was the right way to react, i.e. growl, snarl, bark, chomp, to… more of a light, impatient whine.
It seems silly, I know, but I just like to keep my hands busy! So, this is the first of its kind that I have ever made before.
Poor Chloe, our dog, had a less than interesting week, but she is back to being the center of attention and has resumed all normal activity. Except for yesterday, where she fell off of the couch onto her butt. It was pretty hilarious. You did not have to be there. Just imagine…
