I have found a plethora of info regarding the chia seed and it’s quality for giving a person energy, so that’s really the main reason I started having a spoonful in a glass of water before running. Talking about people who run for days on end: the Tarahumara. I had never heard of ultra-running before until I read Born to Run by Christopher McDougall. Amazingly inspiring book. Definitely a page-turner. I am surprised to see myself reading about sports. Of course, wouldn’t you rather be participating…
